Account Information — name, email address, phone number, business name, profile photos, and hashed passwords.
Appointment Data — service type, dates/times, client notes, reminders, and payment status.
Usage & Device Data — log files, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and crash reports.
Cookies & Tracking — small data files stored on your device to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and account-related notifications.
Personalize your dashboard and in-app experience.
Monitor, detect, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
(With consent) send marketing emails or product updates — you may opt out at any time.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data in the dashboard or by contacting us.
Download a copy of your appointment history upon request.
Opt out of marketing emails by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any message.
Disable cookies in your browser settings (core site functionality may be limited).

6. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us for deletion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised date at the top and, for significant changes, provide a banner or in-app notice.
